There is a saying that Egypt cannot be explained, it can only be felt. Submersing ourselves into the ancient land of Kemet, visiting the temples, seeing with our own eyes the magnitude and wonder of the physical creations, feeling with our own bodies the energetic activations left on the land and communing with the Spirit of the Nile, the primordial waters that once bathed our ancestors, there is not much that compares. Much will be imparted to those who join this retreat, not only through the wealth of information and meticulously designed in the yoga program, but also through the land itself.

We will start our journey in Cairo visiting Saqqara Pyramid Complex, the Cairo museum, the Great Pyramid and Sphinx.  Then move on to Aswan to the banks of the Nile River.  With day trips to visit the university complexes in Luxor and pay our respects to our ancient ancestors in the  Valley of the Kings and Queens.

When we practice our yoga we are able to embody those postures having walked in the temples. This residential retreat is designed to solidify your journey into Kemetic ancient wisdom and way of being.
