Participants will need to dedicate approximately 2 hours a week for personal practice, reading and meditation.
When we complete module 1 training, we continue to meet bi-weekly for our meditation sessions till the end of the program.
Western meditation focus on breathing and stilling the mind, while African Spiritual Power or meditation involves: - Breath work, chanting or Hesi sounds, visualization, and getting into a trance state.
The majority of yoga taught in the West and South Africa is from a Hindu perspective or the teachings of Patanjali. This is initiation and training is unique in that it is African-centered, rooted in ancient Kemetic (Remetch) teachings. This is not a belief system. It is a scientific method of learning, to know truth you must live it -Ma’at principle.
The program is a 12-month program starting in June (2025), split into four modules, with classes are once a week for a three-month block, a break, and then repeat to the next module, culminating in a 14-day residential and graduation in Egypt, Africa.
The investment for the initiation & training includes the Kemetic initiation, manuals, pre-recorded material and certification only. The investment excludes: international travel, visas, travel & medical insurance, local travel and excursions, temple and museum entrance fees, accommodation, meals, and tips or personal purchases.
Usually, a weekend, the same time, for a 2-hour 30-minute session. Meditation sessions will be 75 minutes during a weekday following the new and full moon dates.
Yes, the program includes Kemetic yoga (Sema Tawy), philosophy, history, meditation, breath work, yoga anatomy, postures, and learning to prepare and present yoga classes, for those who desire to be certified to teach this style of yoga.
Very gentle, not like intense Ashtanga or Vinyasa yoga. The focus is on slowly building strength, flexibility, resetting the nervous system of blocks, and allowing for the integration of new information.

1. All notices of cancellation or withdrawal must be submitted in writing (via email or a signed letter). 2. Notifications will be confirmed within 7 (seven) business days of receipt. 3. Students are encouraged to keep a copy of all correspondence for their records.
1. Students have the right to cancel their enrollment within seven (7) calendar days from the date of signing the enrollment agreement or making any payment, whichever is later. 2. If cancellation is received within this period and before the course has commenced, a full refund of all fees paid will be issued and less a 15% Administration Fee for full payments received or the non-refundable deposit for payment plans. 3. Refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days of receiving a valid notice.
1. Cancellations made after the 7-day window but at least 21 calendar days before the course start date are eligible for a refund minus a 15% non-refundable administrative fee. 2. Cancellations made within 21 days of the course start date are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of documented medical, legal, or humanitarian emergencies. In such cases: A partial refund of up to 50% may be granted, at the school’s discretion. 3. Supporting documentation must be submitted at the time of the request.
1. Once the training has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including: (a) Voluntary withdrawal (b) Failure to attend (c) Dismissal for policy violations or non-compliance. This is because program costs are committed in advance based on enrollment.
1. Students unable to attend the scheduled training may submit a written request to defer to a future session. The following conditions apply: (a) Deferral must be requested no later than 7 days before the program start date. (b) A deferral fee of 10% of the total course fee will apply. 2. Deferral is valid for one future intake within 12 months of the original start date. 3. Students who opted for a payment plan must pay the full remaining balance before resuming training. 4. Deferral requests submitted after training has commenced will not be accepted.
In rare and genuine cases of hardship, the school may consider requests outside of standard policy. These cases must be: (a) Fully documented (e.g., hospital records, legal notices). (b) Submitted within 10 days of the incident.
